Bruce M. Bentley
Bruce Bentley currently heads the Board of Advisors of Global Strategic Associates, LLC. He had an 18-year career (1972-1990) at Combustion Engineering (CE), a Fortune 500 corporation, where he had P&L responsibility for several industrial equipment divisions. Bruce developed a reputation for his successful turnaround skills and M&A experience. In addition, he developed international operational management expertise as CEO of multinational corporations with operations throughout Europe, South America and Asia.
From 1990 to 1995, he was the North American Division Head of Operations for Hosokawa International, a Japanese manufacturer of capital equipment, headquartered in Osaka, Japan.
In 1997, Bruce co-founded Pro Mach Process Machinery (Pro Mach Inc.). In 2005, Pro Mach was successfully sold to Odessey Corporation, a NYC based private equity group. Pro Mac continues to prosper as a major producer of packaging machinery for international markets.
Mr. Bentley holds a BS/BA from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He serves on the University of Connecticut’s School of Business Committee on International Business and has held directorships including at Citicorp/ATC International, which was founded by Ambassador Paul Speltz in the 1990s.
